And it does not cover any collection, use or disclosure by third parties through any applications, websites, products that we do not control or own, or any third-party features made available via the Application.

Permission Collection and Use

1. android.permission.INTERNET for access to the internet to improve user experience and access main function of the app
2. android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE for access the picture to used main function of the app and improve user experience 

User-Provided Information:

We do not collect personally identifiable information about you. In other words, we do not collect information such as your name, address, phone number, email address or precise geographic location. Color Notes does not have access to content you create in Color Notes or to files you import into Color Notes. You write and it is your information.

All information in User Content you post to the Service Google Drive, Color Notes will not be able to access this data, as they are picked dynamically from Thirty party service providers. By using this feature you understand and confirm that your data will be stored in these 3rd party cloud servers until you delete.

Cookies and Advertising:

We uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information. We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to Color Note or guarantee that your information on the Service may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.

System logs and maintenance

For operation and maintenance purposes, this Application and any third-party services may collect files that record interaction with this Application (System logs) for this purpose.
